Zusammenfassung

BuzzClan is seeking a Senior Clinical IAM & Context Specialist to drive the province-wide CIS transformation. The role focuses on IAM, authentication architecture, SSO, and contextual access workflows across clinical systems.

The ideal candidate will design target-state IAM architectures, support integration testing, and ensure deployment readiness while coordinating with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and clinical leaders. Remote work with quarterly travel to New Brunswick is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access management architecture.
• Hands-on with Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, identity federation, and access control solutions.
• Deep knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and directory services.
• Experience designing access solutions for clinical applications, shared workstations, and mobility.
• Experience with clinical context integration, session roaming, and context synchronization.
• Ability to assess CIS/EHR/EMR integration, gaps, and target-state architecture recommendations.
• Experience with app portfolio assessments, legacy auth constraints, and modernization.
• Proven ability to lead PoCs, pilot activities, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and clinical teams.

• Contribute to architecture design, integration testing, and deployment readiness.
• Assist operational transition plans and end-state solutions for clinical access.
• Coordinate with enterprise and clinical stakeholders; document workflows.
• Travel to New Brunswick quarterly; support remote work as needed.
