Summary

A Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect who will design, support, implement, and maintain robust and scalable Hybrid IAM solutions. This role involves defining IAM strategy, leading the development of IAM policies and procedures, and collaborating with various teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• IAM Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive hybrid IAM strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals and industry best practices, including emerging IAM technologies.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design IAM solutions such as identity provisioning, governance, privileged access management, multi-factor authentication, and SSO for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into solutions, and communicate with identity teams for successful implementation.
• Leads across multiple Identity work streams
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to IAM team members, fostering continuous learning.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Create and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Risk Assessment and Security: Regularly assess IAM infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend security improvements.
• Documentation and Training: Document solutions and processes, and train operational teams.
• Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with emerging IAM technologies and trends to enhance security.

Critical Qualifications

• Expertise in Hybrid IAM solutions and Identity technologies
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Identity and Security
• Advanced knowledge of identity provisioning, governance, access management, privileged access, multi-factor authentication, and SSO for on-premise and cloud
• Strong understanding of security principles, risk assessment, threat modeling, and protocols
• Experience with identity management technologies like directories, provisioning, governance, and cloud IAM
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and design complex IAM components
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with automation, scripting, and working with Agile and DevOps teams
