Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time

The Opportunity

As a strategic member of the Information Security Team, reporting to the IAM Manager (GRC), you will ensure the security, integrity, and availability of First National's information assets through Identity management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement advanced IAM concepts and best practices.
2. Enhance IAM processes with new technologies and methods.
3. Analyze and improve existing IAM processes and tools.
4. Assess security risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
5. Document and communicate IAM policies and procedures.
6. Lead initiatives to maintain compliance with security protocols.
7. Mentor teams on IAM documentation and lifecycle management.
8. Manage security audits and certifications.
9. Oversee access management processes and documentation.
10. Conduct periodic access reviews and privileged account monitoring.
11. Ensure RBAC enforcement and support incident response activities.
12. Maintain knowledge of Active Directory and related IAM concepts.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred.
• 4+ years in Identity and Access Management in medium/large organizations.
• 2+ years working with Privileged Access Management.
• Relevant security certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra Suite is an asset.
