Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure/network/cloud engineering experience.
• Azure experience is required; GCP exposure is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, BGP, VPNs, and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with automation/orchestration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Python).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to monitor, capacity plan, and optimize reliability and cost.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams and governance.
• Security, change management, and compliance practices.
• Documentation and runbook creation for operations and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable enterprise infrastructure.
• Contribute to cloud and on-premises infrastructure initiatives with security and architecture standards.
• Complete engineering tasks, document work, and coordinate with senior engineers.
• Support network capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex infra incidents and escalate when needed.
• Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Participate in governance around SLAs, OLAs, security controls, and compliance.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies under senior guidance.
• Create and maintain diagrams, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties to meet company goals.
