Job summary

Rep-Air Heating and Cooling in Mission, BC is seeking a Senior Heating and Cooling Technician Installer to lead on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance. You will mentor apprentices, uphold safety and service standards, and ensure every job meets our quality expectations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of residential hvac experience, demonstrate leadership, and communicate professionally with customers. A company vehicle and ongoing training support your growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential heating and cooling installation, service, or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in using ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling codes and best practices.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Perform code-compliant installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
• Mentor apprentices and junior technicians.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and properly stocked vehicles.
• Capture photos/videos for job records and marketing.
• Provide clear communication with customers about work performed.
• Complete administrative tasks in ServiceTitan and coordinate with Dispatch.
• Uphold company values as a field leader and brand ambassador.
