We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and to guide leaders through employee relations issues. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including union employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and implementing HR policies, as well as supporting talent acquisition efforts.Experience requirements range from 5 to 7 years in a generalist HR role, experience in union environments, and a high level of knowledge in Canadian Labor Laws, benefits platforms, and CNEEST. This position will oversee the manufacturing and the Tech Center site. This position will supervise the Payroll Specialist and HR Generalist.
