DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a 12–18-month term to support business strategy alignment, employee lifecycle management, HR programs, and change initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, you’ll provide expert advice, support organizational structures, facilitate investigations, and manage recruitment, onboarding, performance assessments, and employee transitions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position starts in July 2024 at ATCO Park East-04, Calgary, with a five-day in-office schedule. Occasional travel to field locations is required. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Final candidates will undergo a Security Clearance Check.
