Job summary

Talentmatics Inc. is seeking experienced Human Factors / Ergonomics professionals to join an aerospace engineering team. The role focuses on cognitive and physical ergonomics, flight crew usability evaluation, and cockpit/HMI analysis to enhance aircraft systems.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related fields, proven aerospace ergonomics experience, and strong English communication, with French language as a plus. Proficiency with major 3D tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Industrial Design, Ergonomics, Psychology or related field.
• Experience in Human Factors / Ergonomics within Aerospace.
• Experience with cockpit/flight deck, HMI or aircraft systems.
• Knowledge of cognitive and/or physical ergonomics.
• Experience with 3D modeling tools such as CATIA, NX, Jack, Rhinoceros is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills; French is an asset.
