Ledcor is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment professional for a site-based role in Whitby, Ontario. The incumbent will apply HS&E practices at the project worksite, leveraging the HS&E management system and plan to ensure safety and compliance across the lifecycle of contracts.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years in HS&E, OH&S education, and active pursuit of CRSP/CSP. Strong communication, data handling, and ability to support audits and incident investigations are essential.

Reporting to the Manager, HS&E, you will be responsible for applying professional Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) practices at the project worksite. You will leverage knowledge of the HS&E management system, HS&E Plan, and jurisdictional requirements to apply them in a work setting with a moderate level of guidance.

Compensation
$90,900.00 - $121,200.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
