Ledcor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor for a site-based role with rotation determined by project needs. You will lead safety program execution, conduct inspections, and coordinate with field personnel to ensure compliance and equipment readiness.
Join a team focused on leadership, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of safety practices across projects, including onboarding, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
You are an experienced Health & Safety Advisor who consistently conveys professional judgment and can build effective relationships across all levels. You will play a key role in the execution and implementation of a diverse range of health and safety programs and can expect to work on challenging projects with diverse and collaborative teams to meet and exceed Ledcor’s safety standards.
This position is site-based and the specific rotation schedule and project location will be determined based on project requirements.

$71,200.00 - $97,900.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
