The Senior HRIS Analyst supports the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the organization's core HR systems including WFM, HR Core, Compensation, Payroll, Scheduling, and Talent modules. This role combines hands-on system work with analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
Working closely with HR partners, business stakeholders, and system owners, you will help resolve issues, validate data across systems, and drive enhancements that improve how the organization uses its HR technology. This is a strong fit for an experienced systems professional who enjoys working directly in tools, supporting production environments, and building lasting operational depth in HR technology.
Location: Ability to commute into our office minimally 3 times a month in Oakville, ON
