We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Senior HR Financial Analyst to assist in providing oversight of the Division’s financial resources and facilitate the responsible management of funds in accordance with our budget.

In the Human Resources division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is a Vice President level position within the HR Business Management team responsible for the financial planning and operational administration of the Division.

What You’ll Do In The Role

  • Work directly with Departmental COO teams to identify financial needs, risks and opportunities and ensure that the Business Management team’s activities cater to evolving business demands
  • Assist with the tracking, reporting and data management of the Division’s financials, headcount, and contingent staff
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and projections ensuring alignment to business objectives
  • Evaluate project opportunities, including ROI, risk assessment and financial viability to support strategic decisions
  • Provide value add analytics on client queries to identify trends, variances and opportunities for efficiencies
  • Prepare accurate and insightful financial information and reports for senior management

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Bachelor's degree in business related discipline and min 8 year of relevant work experience (within a COO, financial reporting or business management function is an advantage)
  • Sound accounting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization and time management skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments quickly and effectively
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (VBA knowledge is an advantage)

All our positions are located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and attendance in the office.

Knowledge of French and English is required.
