Zusammenfassung

McLean & Company is seeking a Senior HR Engagement Analyst to advise member organizations on employee engagement and survey outcomes. You will analyze survey data, debrief executive teams, and shape engagement strategies using McLean & Company research.

You will facilitate workshops, support consulting activities, and help identify opportunities for additional services. Travel up to 20% and TN1 visa eligibility are noted in the posting.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• 3+ years of HR experience or exposure.
• Public speaking and facilitation experience.
• Experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions.

Aufgaben

• Analyzes qualitative and quantitative survey data and writes summaries of themes and insights.
• Debriefs leadership teams on survey results and explains methodologies.
• Guides the development of engagement strategies and action plans based on research.
• Participates in onsite or virtual workshops and consulting activities.
• Advises clients on applying research solutions to their organizational context.
• Supports sales by presenting survey offerings to members.
• Collaborates with the member's Account Director to manage expectations and improve materials.
