We seek a Director, HR Advisory Services with strong experience in developing and implementing organizational L&D strategies and programs to meet external client demand for research-informed engagements that help HR leaders address their challenges. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing high-quality HR advice and guidance to our clients via video or phone, leveraging research and L&D expertise.
  2. Facilitating workshops on talent-related projects for diverse organizations across industries.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients.
  4. Supporting our commercial teams.

Note: We welcome candidates in Canada willing to support both eastern and pacific time zones. The role may require occasional after-hours work to accommodate different client time zones.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in learning and development, L&D strategy, leadership development, or HR business partnering.
  • Experience in Talent Management, Org Design, Workforce Planning, Metrics & Analytics.
  • Practical understanding of HR operations with strong business instincts.
  • Experience in large or multinational organizations, especially in the US, is an asset.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder collaboration, listening, communication, and critical thinking.
  • Successful facilitation of in-person and online workshops.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and evolving environment.
  • Experience working with sales to generate client demand.
  • Degree or diploma in HR, Psychology, or Business is an asset.
  • Professional designations like CHRL or SHRM-SCP are assets.
  • Willingness to travel (~15%) and qualify for a TN visa.
