Job summary

McLean & Company, a division of Info-Tech Research Group, is seeking a Research Analyst to join our HR Research & Advisory Services team. You will craft practical research guides and templates to help HR leaders drive measurable results, designing programs like wellbeing initiatives and facilitating knowledge sharing.

You will collaborate with analysts, present findings, and support client workshops and advisory calls, while learning from peers in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Psychology, or HR.
• Experience with formal research methods and workshop facilitation.
• Strong written and verbal communication to convey complex topics clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop structured research projects and client-focused blueprints.
• Conduct primary and secondary research and extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with peers to review work and improve research quality.
• Advise clients on applying McLean & Company research solutions.
• Contribute to a research agenda aligned with member needs.
• Participate in paid client workshops and support sales calls.
• Assist in shaping and delivering research for client projects.
