Job summary

Banyan Capital Partners, part of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, seeks a Director of Human Resources in its Mississauga office. This senior role owns the design, build, and execution of the full HR function and serves as the primary advisor to the CEO, CFO, and leadership team.

Reporting to the CFO, the Director will set HR strategy and lead work across talent, rewards, and compliance. The position blends hands-on execution with strategic oversight as the business scales, and requires

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as senior-most HR leader.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; CHRL preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario and federal employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR strategy and multi-year people roadmap aligned to business plan.
• Advise the CEO, CFO and leaders on organizational and employee matters.
• Lead workforce planning, succession, and change management activities.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual merit processes.
• Own HR operations, analytics, reporting, and system governance.
