Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years designing and delivering large-scale data platforms and architecture.
• Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark, SQL and modern data engineering.
• Experience with Azure data services (ADF, ADLS Gen2) and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern HR data architecture, standards, and patterns for cloud data platforms.
• Design scalable data models and lakehouse architectures to support analytics and integrations.
• Lead architecture decisions across ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.
• Ensure security, governance, privacy, resilience, and performance for global enterprise use.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, governance, and business teams to translate needs into data solutions.
