Job summary

Autismservices in Melfort is looking for a part-time Home Care Scheduler to coordinate and maintain scheduling for clients and staff. This permanent position requires working shifts of 8 hours over 6 weeks, including days and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Office Administration, analytical skills, and experience in an office environment. No travel is required, and the proposed start date is August 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• One year experience working in an office environment.
• Knowledge of the Saskatchewan Health Authority system is desirable.

• Coordinate and maintain scheduling for Home Care clients and staff.
• Support scheduling needs for days and weekend shifts.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and staff schedules during rotations.
• Maintain records and manage adjustments as needed.
