Job summary

Ledcor Highway Maintenance seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-site highway projects in Alberta, including Edmonton and Grande Prairie. You will drive delivery on time and on budget, overseeing 3–7 direct reports and coordinating crews of 20–70 workers and subcontractors.

You will shape strategy, ensure quality and safety standards, and partner with operations teams to optimize performance across long-term contracts valued up to $60M annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in dynamic project management roles (construction, services or industrial)
• Strong Health & Safety understanding as a core company value
• Experience with Canadian Construction Safety Association (CCSA) members would be an asset
• Engineering, MBA, Financial designation or other relevant post secondary degree would be considered an asset
• Open to relocation to the Edmonton area (relocation packages available)
• Demonstrated understanding of key Project Manager responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Champion and uphold Ledcor’s safety-first culture on all project sites
• Oversee project financial health: scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation
• Manage project systems: cost tracking, reporting, documentation
• Support implementation of Quality Management Program and compliance with specs
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams for timely delivery of materials
• Effective contract execution and change order management
• Engage with labour relations, HR, and payroll using systems like Workday and InEight
• Be the primary client relationship contact at the project level
