Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in highway/roadway design (MTO projects preferred).
P.Eng or Certified Technician/Technologist designation (an asset).
Knowledge of Ontario environmental standards essential.
Responsibilities
Ensure successful design of highways and drainage systems.
Participate in site visits to assess conditions.
Prepare alignments, cost estimates, and technical reports.
Coordinate design inputs from multiple teams.
Develop level-of-effort estimates and design schedules.
Review designs for compliance and accuracy.
Guide junior team members and support their growth.
