Job summary

Clark Construction Management seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-rise/ICI project, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. You will oversee planning, cost, quality, safety and schedule, while maintaining strong relationships with owner, designers, and subcontractors. Mentorship of the project team is required.

You will drive execution plans, control budgets, manage procurement, and oversee change processes to ensure profitability and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related field.
• Minimum of eight years direct project management experience in high-rise/ICI construction.
• Knowledge of quality, risk management, procurement, contracts and scheduling.
• Experience with Procore, Jonas and/or SharePoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all contract document, Request for Information, Site Instruction, and Submittal controls and distribution procedures.
• Collaborates with the superintendent to establish major construction work plans and engineering methods.
• Develops and implements the Project Execution Plan and chairs startup meetings.
• Chairs and minutes Project OAC & Construction Progress Meetings; weekly team huddle.
• Accountable for project profitability including budget, cost control, forecasting.
• Manage the project Change Management process.
• Procurement of all trades; oversee subcontractors and suppliers per contract.
• Enforces contractual responsibilities and resolves disputes.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risk; allocate scope.
• Ensure team efficiency and mentorship; delegate tasks.
• Oversee schedule, progress reporting and adherence.
• Manage internal project close-out, archiving, final report; plan close-out.
• Negotiate and issue subcontracts; manage changes and impacts.
• Coordinate with accounting for monthly billing; track costs.
• Primary contact for escalated issues with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors.
• Promote team environment; coach and develop talent.
• Manage Prime Contract with Owner for compliance and profitability.
