Job summary

Caivan is seeking a Project Manager, Development to oversee the general contractor on high-rise, mid-rise, and stacked townhouse projects. You will direct construction execution, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, site oversight, and collaboration with land developers, with office-based work and regular site visits across GTA projects.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering, Finance or Planning or College Diploma related to Construction Engineering Technician, Civil Engineering Technology, or similar field

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to protect schedules and budgets.
• Direct construction delivery and site oversight for high-rise, mid-rise, and townhome projects, including site visits and quality control.
• Review grading plans, servicing layouts, and de-watering information to resolve conflicts before field implementation.
• Manage budgets, draws, and cost control to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Lead turnover, close-out activities, and handover to property managers with warranty support.
