Senior High Humanities Teacher

2025-26 School Year

St. Thomas More is recruiting a Secondary Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. The course assignment includes senior high courses (Grades 10-12) and potentially other subjects aligned with the candidate's skills within the school environment.

The ideal candidate will have training, knowledge, and experience in secondary science, along with an understanding of assessment for learning. Eligibility to teach in Alberta is required. Knowledge of Inclusive Education, Indigenous Education, and proficiency in educational technology are assets. The candidate must support students with individualized program plans, enrichment, modifications, and accommodations. Willingness to live in a rural Catholic community, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate effectively are essential. Preference will be given to candidates of the Catholic faith.
