Trillium Health Partners is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to join the DevOps team. You will design, develop, and support healthcare system integrations using HL7 v2.x and FHIR R4, with deep interaction with Epic and other clinical systems.

You will lead API development for FHIR integrations, manage BizTalk 2020 deployments, and ensure data handling compliance across PIPEDA, PHIPA, and HIPAA. Strong collaboration and mentoring are required.

Formación

• 5+ years in healthcare interface development and integration
• Hands-on with FHIR R4 APIs required
• HL7 v2.x messaging knowledge is required
• REST API design and development experience

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and support HL7 v2.x and FHIR R4 integrations with Epic and other systems
• Lead API development for FHIR integrations and data exchange
• Maintain and optimize BizTalk 2020 deployments with high availability
• Ensure compliance with PIPEDA, PHIPA, and HIPAA data handling
• Collaborate with vendors, SMEs, and end users; mentor teammates
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
