Job summary

The Canadian Centre of Recovery Excellence (CoRE) invites applications for a Senior Data Analyst to support system-level research and evaluation through data management, analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Responsibilities include data extraction, transformation, validation, and dashboard development using Power BI. Master’s degree and 3+ years of quantitative analysis in a health setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related fields with at least three years of quantitative analyses experience.
• Experience in data analytics, visualization and relational databases.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with analytical models and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with large data databases (SQL, Oracle, Snowflake).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute analytics using data from multiple sources in the health system.
• Manage data processing: extraction, integration, cleaning, preparation for analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to understand information needs and deliver analytical datasets.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations for diverse audiences.
• Prepare datasets, scripts, technical notes, and references; contribute to manuscripts and reports.
