Marsh is seeking a Senior Health and Benefits Actuarial Consultant to lead OPEB valuations and client engagements across Canada. You will sign off on valuation results, disclosures, budgets, and projections, presenting findings to clients and auditors, while guiding analysts and associates.

You will manage complex health and welfare projects, including plan design changes, costing, renewals, and financial projections, with a focus on strong client relationships and business development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in actuarial work, with health and benefits consulting.
• FCIA designation or progress toward FCIA.

Responsabilités

• Review data analyses by junior staff for actuarial accuracy and model use.
• Perform and review complex analyses and cost projections with Excel and internal tools.
• Draft and review client reports and presentations on valuation results and assumptions.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and guide junior team members.
