Job summary

Motive is seeking a Security Engineer, Hardware Security to be a key member of the Product Security Team. You will partner with Engineering and Hardware teams to design, review, and implement secure components for devices, enabling secure-by-default architectures across firmware, boot, and deployment.

The role focuses on design, automation, and enablement, driving security across IoT and cloud-enabled hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hardware security and design reviews.
• Experience with security requirements for products.
• Hands-on development in Python and C/C++.
• Knowledge of root of trust, secure boot, and provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware security reviews and threat modeling.
• Define security requirements for embedded systems.
