Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO, on a 13-month fixed-term contract to lead our organic search roadmap across SEO, AEO, and GEO.

You will optimize technical health, content, and structured data while driving qualified traffic and pipeline from non-paid channels. Reporting to the Directors of Performance Marketing, North America, you will collaborate with Content, Web Development, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable ROI and stay ahead of AI-driven

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning and growing an organic search channel (SEO, AEO, GEO).
• Strong technical SEO foundation: site architecture, crawlability, indexation.
• Ability to turn data into actionable content and structure recommendations.

• Develop and execute the organic search strategy across SEO, AEO, GEO.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and monitor site health and rankings.
• Collaborate with Content and Web Development to implement SEO improvements.
• Own keyword research and content gap analysis to inform roadmaps.
