Job description

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to take ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. This isn’t a siloed or purely managerial role—you’ll be deeply involved in everything from setting up the right marketing tech stack, to analyzing funnel metrics, to chatting with school board leaders at conferences. You’ll oversee a small, growing team, lead projects end-to-end, and help us strengthen our presence in the education community. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to grow our customer base and deepen our reach in K–12 education.
  • Manage and support a small internal marketing team, helping to prioritize work, solve problems, and drive results.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain our marketing tech stack—including CRM systems, automation tools, lead tracking, and analytics platforms.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, BigQuery, and other data sources to analyze funnel performance, identify marketing / sales bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve our sales strategy, generate qualified leads, and build a sales team.
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including email, paid social, content marketing, SEO, and web performance—with a focus on measurable impact.
What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally with a mix of B2B and B2C.
  • Strong experience marketing to educators or within the K–12 education sector.
  • A proven track record using data and analytics to drive decisions, improve funnels, and measure ROI.
  • Hands-on experience setting up or managing a marketing technology stack (e.g. CRM, automation, analytics, lead tracking).
  • Comfortable being the primary marketing lead in a lean organization—wearing multiple hats, learning on the fly, and driving initiatives forward.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to speak at events and represent our brand publicly.
  • A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and creating meaningful partnerships.
  • Willingness and availability to travel within Canada and the U.S. for events and conferences throughout the year.
