JOEY Restaurant Group in Vancouver, BC, seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to drive visual storytelling across digital, print, and in-store materials. The role combines big-picture concepts with hands-on design, delivering campaigns, menus, and openings while mentoring the Graphic Designer and ensuring brand consistency.

Ideal candidate brings 6-7+ years of progressive design experience, advanced Adobe CC skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), and a strong portfolio across brand

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years of progressive graphic design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft across brand campaigns, digital and print.
• Proven ability to translate brand/marketing strategy into compelling creative.
• Strong performance marketing and digital creative experience.
• Experience managing or directing other designers.
• Excellent project management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand, campaign and business strategies into compelling visual storytelling across digital, print, in-store, and experiential channels.
• Lead concept development, design and production for integrated campaigns and marketing assets.
• Develop high-performing digital creative for paid social, display, email, web and other channels.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth stakeholders to review performance and apply learnings.
• Provide art direction to photographers, videographers and production partners.
• Own assigned creative work from intake through final delivery with timelines and approvals.
