Phoenix, a leading telehealth platform in Canada, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative across growth and marketing initiatives. You will shape visual storytelling, craft campaigns that drive performance, and partner with Growth, Creative, and Product teams to deliver compelling assets.

You’ll design bold, high-performing creative, mentor junior designers, and stay ahead of industry trends in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a visual or marketing designer.
• Deep experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Motion or web design skills are a strong plus.
• A storyteller at heart with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design assets for growth and marketing campaigns.
• Develop a visual language for campaigns aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Product teams on design strategy.
• Build and maintain a scalable creative library by product and use case.
• Own full lifecycle of creative from ideation to iteration using data.
• Act as brand guardian ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Lead brainstorms and influence major launches and initiatives.
• Mentor junior designers and guide external partners.
• Stay ahead of design trends and digital storytelling formats.
