The Details is a Fredericton-based communications design agency seeking a Senior Designer to bring ideas to life across a wide range of creative projects. You will work closely with our Creative Director, strategists, and project managers to craft design solutions that are visually strong and strategically grounded.

This role suits someone confident in their craft, who thrives on collaboration and design guided by strategy, with responsibility for brand systems and production-ready outputs.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, editorial, and campaign work (non-negotiable).
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and production knowledge.
• Ability to think conceptually and solve design problems.
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take direction while contributing ideas.
• Comfort working on multiple projects with shifting priorities.

As a Senior Designer, you will play a key role in bringing ideas to life across a wide range of creative projects. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, strategists, and project managers to develop design solutions that are both visually strong and strategically grounded.
