Jobtailor is seeking a data and governance-focused professional to lead data analysis, build actionable insights, and drive improvements across governance, control, and risk programs. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data into decisions and advance automation and standardization initiatives.

The role emphasizes leveraging Power Platform tools and strong stakeholder engagement to enhance efficiency and enable scalable risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Own and perform data analysis across multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and performance insights that inform decision‑making.
• Apply business analysis techniques (e.g., root‑cause analysis) to identify control gaps & data inefficiencies.
• Translate complex data and findings into clear, actionable insights that support governance, control, and risk outcomes through building reports, interactive dashboards, etc.
• Identify, assess, and recommend opportunities to continuously improve governance, control, and risk management processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
• Contribute to modernization and optimization initiatives by leading automation, standardization, and self‑practice adoption across Governance & Control programs.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams to align business needs with technology solutions.
