Job summary

Optimi Health is seeking a Senior GMP Operator to join our manufacturing team in Princeton, BC. You will execute GMP manufacturing operations across product lines, operate and maintain production equipment, and support scale-up and validation activities with a hands-on approach.

The role requires meticulous documentation, GMP knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment on the production floor. Relocation and accommodations support are provided, along with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a science-related undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years in GMP-regulated manufacturing with process equipment experience.
• Experience supporting process scale-up, tech transfer, or validation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute GMP manufacturing steps in line with Master Batch Records and SOPs.
• Perform in-process checks and record CPPs in real time.
• Identify deviations and escalate to QA and leadership.
• Support line clearance, batch changeover, and cleaning activities.
• Complete equipment logbooks and maintain documentation records.
