Job summary

OmniaBio Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to join a GMP-focused production team within a cleanroom environment. The role is site-based with 12-hour shifts and a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and documentation.

You will execute manufacturing activities, operate equipment, support commissioning and validation, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver reliable client services for cell and gene therapies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Experience in manufacturing with documented procedures preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift or carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP policies, SOPs, and GMP documentation.
• Utilize aseptic techniques under supervision.
• Operate and clean cleanroom equipment.
• Utilize SAP for supporting manufacturing activities.
• Support commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Maintain clean and safe space within manufacturing area.
• Ensure health and safety of personnel in the area.
• Participate in investigations to derive root causes of non-conformance.
• Adopt OmniaBio Operating Model and pursue continuous improvement.
• Engage in training to perform GMP work in cleanrooms.
