Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA or eligibility.
• Minimum 7 years of geotechnical experience.
• Proficiency with PLAXIS, GEO5 or similar tools.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Experience managing geotechnical projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise geotechnical site investigations (boreholes, CPT, pits).
• Analyze soil/rock samples and interpret lab results.
• Perform foundation design for shallow and deep foundations.
• Conduct slope stability analyses and assess excavation/embankment risks.
• Develop ground improvement recommendations where needed.
• Prepare comprehensive geotechnical reports and construction guidelines.
• Lead project timelines and budgets and liaise with clients and design teams.
• Provide mentorship to junior geotechnical engineers.
