Job summary

Pinchin is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Geotechnical Services team in Southern Ontario. You will lead complex geotechnical projects from planning through execution, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

You will develop practical recommendations, manage client relationships, and contribute to business growth while adhering to safety and quality standards across Ontario.

Qualifications

• University degree in Geotechnical, Civil or Geological Engineering.
• Professional Engineering designation in Ontario or be eligible to register.
• 10–15 years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, client relations and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a range of geotechnical projects from planning through execution.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop practical solutions for complex site conditions and client guidance.
• Prepare and review geotechnical reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
