We are looking for a Senior Geologist to help our Iron Ore operations in Labrador City deliver safe, reliable and quality ore to the processing plant. In this role, you will provide technical leadership across grade control, ore quality management, geological risk management and mine-to-mill reconciliation while supporting continuous improvement and resource modelling activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex geological challenges, mentoring others and influencing operational performance in a collaborative mining environment.

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
Demonstrated capability in grade control, ore quality management, ore feed optimisation and geological risk management within a mining environment.
Experience supporting open pit mining operations and applying mine-to-mill reconciliation principles to improve operational performance.
Degree in Geology, Earth Sciences or a related discipline and eligibility for registration as a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with PEGNL.
Experience using geological software such as AcQuire, Maptek Vulcan and Leapfrog.
Experience leading, mentoring or coordinating geologists and technical teams while working with multiple operational stakeholders.
