Job summary

iA Financial Group in Montreal is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Solutions Designer to lead design, development, and integration of intelligent AI products and agents. You will shape architecture, collaborate with solution architects, ML engineers, data engineers, and delivery teams to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.

This role demands 8+ years in software or technology design, strong C#/.NET and Python, cloud experience, and proficiency in French with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/CE or related field.
8+ years of software development or technology solution design experience.
Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based solutions and digital products.
Experience delivering AI projects.
Proficient in C#/.NET and Python; strong REST API knowledge.
Knowledge of generative AI: LLMs, prompting, RAG, orchestration.
French advanced and English intermediate; strong communication.
Intellectual curiosity and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance AI solutions, including conversational assistants and agents.
Build UI components, APIs, services, and integrations with corporate systems.
Design generative AI architectures: prompting, RAG, semantics, agent orchestration.
Ensure production readiness via testing strategies, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.
Incorporate security, governance, and privacy into solution design; manage AI risks.
Serve as technical reference for delivery teams and support architecture planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI into business processes and standards.
