Nicola Wealth is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to support the administration of Mutual Fund Trusts and LPs. You will report to the Manager, Fund Accounting and assist with audits, tax compliance, and new fund initiatives.
This 12-month role offers hybrid work with Vancouver or Toronto offices. You will act as SME for assigned funds, lead NAV reviews, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to drive growth and excellence.

The Senior Fund Accountant is a key contributor to the internal administration of Nicola Wealth’s Mutual Fund Trusts and Limited Partnerships. Reporting to the Manager, Fund Accounting, this role supports audits, tax compliance, and new fund initiatives, driving Nicola Wealth’s continued growth and excellence in fund administration. In addition, the Senior Fund Accountant acts as a subject matter expert for assigned funds.
This position is a 12-month role starting ASAP. The location will be a hybrid of work from home and an in‑office environment at our Vancouver or Toronto offices.
This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of $85,000-$100,000, dependent on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.
