Nicola Wealth is recruiting a Product Specialist, Public Assets to bridge portfolio managers, wealth advisors, and clients. The role translates equity and fixed income strategies into clear narratives for advisors to engage clients and reduce ad-hoc requests.
Located hybrid in Vancouver or Toronto, you will develop messages, position products, and oversee client materials while collaborating across Asset Management and Marketing teams.

The ProductSpecialist, Public Assets is a critical connector role within Asset Management, designed to create leverage for Public Assets portfolio management teams by serving as the primary interface between portfolio managers, wealth advisors, and clients.
Reporting totheHead of Public Assets, this role translatesPublic Assets Equity and Fixed Incomeinvestment strategy, portfolio positioning, and performance into clear, consistent, and client‑ready insights enabling advisors to engage confidently with clients while reducing ad‑hoc demands on portfolio managers. The Product Specialist enhances scalability, improves quality of communication, and strengthens client understanding and conviction in Public Assets strategies.
This is a hybrid role located in our Vancouver or Toronto office.
This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of $140,000 - $170,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall fit.
Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition, the successful candidate will participate in our performance-based Short‑Term Incentive (STI) and Long‑Term Incentive (LTI) programs. LTI is awarded in the form of equity, providing a direct ownership opportunity in the firm. This total compensation program aligns pay with performance through competitive incentives with meaningful long‑term value creation.
