RBC in Canada seeks an experienced professional to oversee NAV production across the full fund range. You will implement controls, manage risk, and ensure audit/regulatory requirements and SLAs are met.
You will train and mentor team members while supporting the daily operation and process improvements to reduce production risk. The role involves reviewing fund valuations, ensuring accuracy in cash/security/unit-holder reconciliations, and acting as a frontline escalation point.
In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing production of accurate net asset values (NAVs) for the team’s entire fund range. Effective controls and processes must be implemented & managed in order to maintain accurate records within the Funds business. Business risk to be identified managed and mitigated. All audit and regulatory requirements must be clearly satisfied and key service level agreements (SLAs) met. This is evidenced through efficiently managed production & dispatch of fund pricing. Responsible for updating and evolving processes and procedures to minimize production risk. Support the manager in managing the daily operation and provide support to team members through training and mentoring to foster development.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
The expected pay range for this position is:
$46,000.00 - $70,000.00
