Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Solution Designer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise applications across front-end and back-end environments. They will act as a senior technical lead, partnering with stakeholders and developers to ensure robust solutions are implemented successfully.

The role requires owning the solution design, staying close to development, troubleshooting technical challenges, and mentoring developers throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver full-stack enterprise applications.
• Back-end: Java and Spring Boot, microservices design.
• Front-end: React and TypeScript.
• Design APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Mentor developers and drive technical delivery.
• Produce solution designs and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in large enterprise transformation programs.
• Experience in financial institutions mobile domain.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design across front-end, back-end, APIs, and integrations.
