Job summary

High Tech Genesis is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a product-focused team building enterprise software applications. The role blends strong front-end work with React and contributions across the full application stack to enhance usability, navigation, workflows, and overall quality.

You will design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, build responsive interfaces with React, and develop APIs and backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using React.

• Work on product enhancements focused on usability, navigation, workflows, and overall product quality.
• Improve information architecture, menus, and user experiences across the application.
• Translate product and UX requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, UX professionals, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and Agile development practices.
• Contribute to improving development processes, application quality, and engineering standards.
