Job summary

Randstad Enterprise in Montreal seeks a seasoned Full Stack Developer (Java/JS) to join the Risk and Information Management team. You will work on multi-tiered Java EE-style applications and modern front-end technologies within an agile environment, tackling complex problems and collaborating with global teams.

You will leverage AI coding assistants, implement scalable, secure solutions, and participate in code reviews and testing to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of development experience with proven ability to write optimized, efficient code.
• Core Java, Java EE, Spring/SpringBoot, Web Services, Relational databases.
• Experience with UI development frameworks (Angular, React).
• Experience with AI coding assistants for software development, automation, or analytics.
• Designed complex, large-scale distributed systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex software systems with high standards for quality and innovation.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance development velocity and solution quality.
• Deliver solutions meeting performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Drive technical excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with global teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile meetings, deliver project status, and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Learn and apply Morgan Stanley's proprietary frameworks and best practices.
• Write comprehensive tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Respond proactively to change and master new technical concepts as needed.
