Qualificações

Job Description Full Stack Developer (Java/JavaScript)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Java/JavaScript) to join the Risk and Information Management team supporting Non-Financial Risk Management applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade multi-tier Java applications and modern web-based user interfaces. The role requires collaboration within a global Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while leveraging modern development practices, including AI-assisted software development tools. This is an excellent opportunity to work on mission‑critical applications, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to the modernization of risk management platforms.

Day-to-Day Job Duties

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions supporting Non-Financial Risk Management platforms.
• Develop and maintain RESTful Web Services, distributed systems, and microservices-based applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and global development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code review sessions to ensure development of best practices and coding standards.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Agent Mode, and other coding assistants to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated test cases to maintain application quality and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and project status reporting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and adoption of development best practices across teams.
• Adapt to evolving business, technology, and regulatory requirements while ensuring timely project delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development with strong expertise in enterprise Java applications.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Core Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Experience utilizing AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and other Generative AI development tools.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, object-oriented design principles, and application performance optimization.
• Experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborate with geographically distributed stakeholders.
• Understanding business requirements and ability to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.

Degree

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Have

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, and automated deployment processes.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and application performance management tools.
• Understanding of serverless architecture and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with Jira or other Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Basic Linux administration and Shell scripting knowledge.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Prior experience working within Financial Services, Risk Management, or Regulatory Technology environments.
