Job summary

Docebo is seeking a Senior Product Engineer II who bridges frontend, backend, and platform work to own features end-to-end. You will design data models, APIs, and integration points while shaping scalable solutions across teams.

You’ll mentor engineers, drive automated testing, CI/CD, and observability, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, SRE, and platform engineers to deliver reliable customer outcomes in a fast-growing, hybrid-work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architectures and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, and automated testing.
• Ability to mentor engineers and communicate tradeoffs.
