Appnovation is seeking a Sr. Full-Stack Developer to transform business ideas into production-ready apps using AI design tools and modern full-stack frameworks. The role emphasizes frontend excellence, rapid prototyping, and building scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

You’ll work with design systems, RESTful APIs, and databases, contributing to a fast-paced team that values experimentation and innovation. Toronto-based with global impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in full-stack development with strong frontend expertise in modern UI frameworks.
• Proven experience with PHP and Python.
• Desired experience with NodeJS and Express.
• Experience with AI design tools such as v0.dev, bolt.new, Lovable, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Spec driven development like GitHub Spec-kit and Open Spec.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as N8N.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly transform concepts into interactive prototypes using AI design tools.
• Build full-stack applications from prototype to production with frontend emphasis.
• Ensure components align with design systems and accessibility guidelines.
• Develop production-ready UI components using modern frameworks with performance focus.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services to support frontend.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, AI Builders, and Innovation Leads throughout development.
