Job summary

adidas NAM Tech is building an enterprise web application to support NAM market processes. The Senior Full-Stack Front-End/Back-End Developer will design, build, test, deploy, and support secure web solutions using React, Vite, TS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kong, and AWS.

The role emphasizes end-to-end engineering, API design, security, and performance, with collaboration across architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience delivering production web applications using React, Vite, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise APIs.
• Experience using an API gateway, with Kong strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing authentication and authorization patterns.
• Experience improving application performance and applying secure coding practices.
• Experience collaborating with architects, platform engineers, quality engineers, business stakeholders, and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and maintainable web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Design, build, and maintain Node.js services and application logic.
• Design clear, versioned APIs and OpenAPI 3.1 specifications.
• Implement PostgreSQL data access and controlled changes.
• Ensure secure coding practices, logging, validation, and audit capabilities.
• Collaborate with AWS Platform/DevOps on delivery pipelines and production support.
• Maintain API documentation and reusable integration patterns.
