Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

You will build microservices with Spring, create RESTful APIs, and develop front-ends with Angular or React. Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Java and OO programming principles.
• Hands-on experience developing microservices with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Strong experience building modern web apps using Angular and/or React.
• Proven experience designing and securing RESTful APIs using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL optimization, and ORM like Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, source control systems, automated testing frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Salary Transparency

The annual base salary for this position is expected to be between CAD $60,300- CAD $95,500, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Compensation decisions are based on several factors, including market conditions and internal equity.
